Hey fam and friends, another fast email! One day this week, we were trying to find an investigator, but we ended up finding something else... A TRACK! (Yup, you know I took pics.) The first track and field I’ve seen here in Mexico Tuxtla Gutiérrez! It was a dirt track! Brought me back to my Raft River High School days. Seriously though, guys, Heavenly Father answers prayers! I'm always seeing the hand of the Lord while being here in the mission! LITERALLY THE HIGHLIGHTTTTT OF MY WEEK and helping my BUDDY FRIENDS here, of courseeeee!!!! Every Sunday when I'm at church and taking the sacrament, I always look at a picture of Christ, a scripture, or a phrase to stay focused on OUR SAVIOR. I would highly suggest doing this if your mind wanders like mine does easily! It’s helped me immensely! This Sunday, I focused on a picture of Jesus Christ knocking on a door. Then it got me thinking... What if Jesus Christ knocked on my door THIS SAME DAY? IMAGINEEEEE!! Man, that would be absolut...

¡Holisssssss! Let’s get straight to it! This week we had our zone conference—very inspirational and informative. Guess what we did todayyyy for p-day?! We went to the BEACH! Couldn't touch the water, but the fact of being there and running in the sand, playing some soccer with the district, absorbing the rays of the sun, relaxing in a hammock, and hearing the sounds of the ocean was so fun and peaceful for me. Gave me some time to reflect on some things. A scripture I really like that talks about the sand (get it, 'cause I went to the beach, jaja) is in Hosea 1:10. It reads: "Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be MEASURED nor NUMBERED; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the SONS of the living GOD." I love the thought that there are so many people in the world like the sand, and not a few of them, but ALL of us are CH...

¿Cómo están mis amigos? - How is everyone? This week we had a mini exchange, so a different missionary came with me in my area for a day. My comp is the capa (hermana that is in charge of the hermanas in our zone). Almost all my comps have been capas, so basically, I'm going to be enjoying a whole bunch of mini exchanges again. I prayed that I could be patient and enjoy them, and the truth is I loved it this week! Jaja, the girl I had exchanges with is so cute! Before we went to bed, she went off about all her boy problems. Jaja, I just laughed. Not really something I want to focus on right now, but let it spill, chica, I got ya; I'mma sit here and listen, jaja. I'm not complaining though; la verdad, yo extraño mucho los chismes con mis amigas! Other things happened in the exchanges, but that is what I remember at this moment. CHISME! Jaja, I have problems! But really, the misioneras are amazing here! Something I learned this week... actually today and the other day in a vi...

Sup peeps! A little news update! Hermana Boden said goodbye to all her best friends and has officially left the city. Not gonna lie, nothing will replace the time that I had and the people in BARRIO AEROPUERTO. I don’t know how to explain it, but the members and the people there are one of a kind. The opportunity to have gotten to know them is probably the best gift and blessing from God I could have ever been given. I know for a fact, with NO DOUBT in my heart, I am going to see my buddies in AEROPUERTO again and my comp HERMANA TOLEDO. Hermana Boden, with all of her great amount of luggage (jaja, don’t ask me about it), moved to The Coast o La Costa! She got a new comp, Hermana Arza, and they've been living it up in the heat, wind, and in a freakin’ nice house! (Well, compared to my last one, jaja). The truth is, friends, there isn’t much nature here, which is ight—I have my plants, which I have been growing! Something that I have missed while being in the city was the stars! Wow...
