¡ FELICIDAD !
Alright folks, let's get down to business!
This week we had a lot going on, so be ready for a lot!
Our friend Efrain got baptized! About Efrain:
He is 14 years old, with the kindest heart, and is extremely intelligent! Everywhere he goes, he holds the door for people, welcomes everyone with a smile and handshake, and always tries to speak English with me (he loves our English class). We love him! What a blessing it was to witness his baptism. So wholesome! The part of his baptism that touched me the most was his mom's testimony. She talked about salvation and how she is grateful that her son will be saved. She cried. I wanted to cry. It truly was a beautiful experience! I am so happy and excited for them and their journey to salvation and exaltation!
A cat got into our house! It took us forever to get it out too, haha! Once we let it out, Hermana Huerta said, "What if it dies?" I kindly told her, "There will never be any cats in this house."
Yesterday was missionary zone conference, and it was very informative and fun! I got to talk to many awesome missionaries and the presidency. In the meeting, I said in Spanish, "We need to teach with excitement. When WE are HAPPY, we can help OTHERS feel HAPPY." President Camey liked that statement and repeated it twice in the meeting ("Like Hermana Boden said..."). It made me feel really good! Also, Hermana Camey, President Camey's wife, is the cutest person in the world. Not kidding!
This weekend was stake conference—Tapachula's 46th anniversary! On Friday, they had a little history video, testimonies, and the youth performed traditional Mexican dances. It was so awesome! After that, Hermana Huerta and I went to a birthday party for a youth in our ward, and it was fun! More dancing (I wanted to dance, but I can't—still fun to watch)!
We went to the house of Hitler with the district. Yes, THE Hitler. He has a house here. Now it's a museum. Pretty cool house, not gonna lie.
We went twice this week to La Mano (The Hand). If you look at my pictures, you'll understand! Like I've said a million times here, it is BEAUTIFUL to say the least! Honestly, I might never leave here! Sorry, Mom and Dad—you'll just have to come here if you want to see me! All jokes!!
Anyway, I was kind of all over the place with my email this week, but a lot happened! Quite the party here!!
Here is my favorite quote: "Don't worry, be happy!" —Bob Marley
I know I am the happiest when I trust and turn to our Heavenly Father. His plan for us is truly a plan for our happiness!
You guys also make me happy, and thank you so much for all the emails and your love! Until next week!

Hermana Boden
