¡Holaaaaa! In my studies this week, I have been focusing on the people out in the field I get the opportunity to teach. Also, I leave for the field next week, and I’ve been here over a month (time slow down!). A scripture I read and that has stuck out to me is in Luke 15:4, and it says: "What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?" The last few years, I’ve had the desire to be a nurse or something like it. There is so much I can say, but through my CNA clinicals and working at an assisted living facility, I’ve seen people in pain, and it hurts to watch. It got me thinking about how our Savior feels that pain. He feels our pain, sorrows, and trials. That can't be easy, but it is also a blessing because He knows how we feel. So turn to Him in prayer, and He can bring you comfort. I know from experience because I pray A LOT that He is a GREAT LISTENE...

I have been thinking a lot about my dad and how much he has impacted my life. The thing I miss the most about him is his hugs and how kind and welcoming he is to everyone! I know for a fact I wouldn’t be here without my dad on earth and Father in Heaven (and of course my mom, hehe). I’m also grateful for the other men in my life—my brothers, including Jesus Christ, uncles, guy friends who are serving missions, and all the men who have been a huge influence and example to me. I think they need a holiday for todos hombres . This week, one of the girls in our district got sick, and one of the elders blessed her for the first time.
